Orders and shipments

Orders placed during office hours (Mondays to Fridays, from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.GMT+8) are usually initialized in the same week and the delivery is carried out in timeframes depending on the destination country. Since shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or holidays they will be made on the following work day.

Returns and refunds
